In accordance with its vision: “Serbia ready for 21st century”, the Center for contemporary education offers concrete solutions: Advocacy
The first goal of advocacy is to develop awareness, and then to establish the cooperation of all stakeholders on the development of work ethics. In order to realise this goal, we give lectures, publish brochures, develop our presence in the media, and organise meetings with stakeholders. The lectures are adapted to the needs of the public (employed, unemployed, employers, pupils, students, teachers…).
Education
The goal of the educational programs is to explain clearly what the good work ethics is by examples from everyday life. Moreover, they encourage persons who accept the personal effort as a foundation of success, but lack motivation because of negative life experiences. The programs result from: scientific research, dialogue with the local representatives of the economy, cooperation with the Georgia Work Ethics Program.
The programs are intended for companies and educational institutions, and there is a particular will to work with the groups in danger.
