First, we carry out a scientific research of the needs of society, by identifying the priority problems and by benchmarking the best practices in region and in world. In the application of the best practices, we apply a critical method, which is necessary in order to meet the specific needs of our society. In writing and realization of the educational programs a detailed attention is dedicated to the relevance, the applicability and the sustainability of the suggested solutions. Finally, we are conscious that in delicate problems, such as work ethics, partial solutions decrease the possibility of success, and can even be harmful. This is why we are dedicated to the holistic approach which takes into account all the aspects of the problem.
